Standard Ported & Polished Heads

One of the most cost effective modifications for your engine in respect of overall drive-ability and top end performance is having the cylinder head ported & polished. This is because when the factory casts and machines your cylinder head it does so with what is considered to be an acceptable tolerance for mass production. This is why identical production cars can perform totally different from each other, purely down to this mass production tolerance.

It's this mass production tolerance that can vary as much as 10-15% in flow between castings and sometimes even within the same casting like the VR's, that we strife to not only eliminate but then further improve upon with our headwork. It's only after countless hours of R&D in the workshop and field that we are able to offer you the customer some of the most flow efficient upgrades available. Be it 8v, 16v, 20v or even 24v take a look at the work we offer and the options available to you to see how we can get the most out of your engine.










CNC cylinder heads

We have had the pleasure of being able to team up with renowned cylinder head guru Ric Wood to help us achieve a very efficient set of cylinder heads for us to be able to offer for sale. All our heads are precisely ported and gas flowed and are manufactured for maximum efficiency and performance. We are very proud of our results and will publish copies of all our flow data along with some images of the headwork on individual products.


How they're different from regular flowed heads

Using our scanning technology and CNC engineering machines we are able to replicate our high performance optimum design. This technology enables us to predict the potential horsepower gains made possible by fitting the head to your engine.

We manufacture to incredible accuracy, ensuring each head produced is identical and each cylinder in the head performs the same as the others in the engine. Properly gas flowing and modifying a head is very time consuming and hence very expensive. We optimise one head type once then scan and replicate the design exactly.
