CNC Machined from 6061-T6. The BBM Billet Fuel Rail fits all '88-'92 VW 8V engines with Digifant Fuel Injection, including the Corrado G60, Golf/Jetta Mk 2 8V. This is a perfect billet aluminium fuel rail upgrade for early 8V engines with stand alone engine management.
Larger passage ways ensure proper fuel flow while the aluminium keeps the fuel cooler to aid in the prevention of detonation. Solid aluminium construction ensures leak free usage unlike the factory plastic piece that can develop cracks over time due to heat and stress.

Applications: 16V/G60 Limited Kit, 16V W/Digifant, 16V w/ stand alone fuel management. Direct Bolt-on replacement. Precision CNC crafted from 6061-T6. Billet clamps and hardware included. Natural satin billet finish. The BBM fuel rail is for use on all 16V heads with the factory intake or Euro 50mm manifold.

These injectors are vital when running your G60 on a 65mm pulley. The smaller pulley will put the standard injectors at or beyond their limit so these injectors will allow you to run the smaller pulley with no problems and also allow you to take the engine further in the future without fuel supply being an issue.
