Standard - £250

Our most basic option giving your old head a fresh leash of life to a higher standard than the day it left the factory; pressure tested, new guides and seals, seats re-cut, valves reconditioned, wet blasted, chemical cleaned and skimmed.

Performance Heads - All consist of our standard re-con with additional port work up.

Street/Strip - £495

The first of our performance packages, a straight bolt on option, good for standard and mild performance cams. Improved throttle response and midrange, smoother power delivery with improved top end power gains.

Weekend Warrior - £650

A good performance head ideally suited for medium to high lift/duration cams. Good midrange and top end power gains subject to a remap.

Race Head and Intake Package (1.8 & 2.0ltr counterflow only)- £895

Taking our 8v head to the max with larger port dimensions requiring the modification of the intake manifold (or throttle bodies/carbs) to ensure there is no restriction of flow from the standard runner sizes thus capable of flowing equivalent to a standard KR head. High lift/duration cams are required along with a remap to make the most of this animal.

n.b. any replacement valves required unless stated otherwise are additional in cost to the above prices, prices are on exchange basis.

CNC Heads 8V. £550 + VAT (Exchange)

A worldwide favourite hot hatch road car and sucessful track advocate. The 8 valve Golf GTi started the hot hatch revolution and is still a great enthusiasts car. Every form of performance modification has been produced for this car but there can be few more effective (and cost effective ) than our new 8 valve head.

Our head shows a very healthy inlet increase of 30.9 % peak flow rate at max valve lift is seen here along with a substantially improved flow rate across the valve lift range. Exhaust improvement is 26.9% improvement at the max valve opening. These are substantial gains and will benefit the delivery of the power low down as well as peak power overall. This head will produce 156BHp without at 6500rpm with excellent increase in torque throughout the rev range. Remember, our power predictions are accurate because we test our heads on our own dyno and the head you buy is a 100% accurate engineered replica of our master head.
